SFAFT/NASCAR Contest Rules and Regulations


CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The SUBWAY®/NASCAR contest is being conducted by 94.3 CKSY in conjunction with Subway Franchisee Advertising Trust Fund (SFAFT) between the dates of June 11- 17, 2007. During this time listeners will be encouraged to log on to http://www.cksyfm.com and enter their name for the grand prize draw (one entry per person.  They will also be encouraged to attend a live event where the SUBWAY® NASCAR will be parked.  There they will be able to enter a bonus ballot for the grand prize draw.  Listeners may enter a maximum of two times.
  2. No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years or older. Only one qualifying entry per person per household throughout the entire promotional campaign. 94.3 CKSY contests are open to residents of Ontario, Canada over the age of majority. Those who are employees, agents or immediate family members of 94.3 CKSY, Blackburn Radio Inc., SFAFT and their respective advertising and promotional agencies and any persons residing in their respective households cannot participate.
  3. Should the winner be unable to claim the prize as awarded, his/her prize will be forfeited and another eligible winner will be chosen by a representative from 94.3 CKSY from the remaining entries.
  4. Any extraordinary expenses, not expressly listed as part of the Contest prize, shall be the sole financial responsibility of the prize winner, and the prize winner shall not seek reimbursement for same from 94.3 CKSY, Blackburn Radio Inc., or any of the promotional partners and their agents.
  5. By entering this Contest, the entrant confirms that he/she complies with the Contest rules and regulations, and that the prize winner agrees that they will sign a standard form releasing 94.3 CKSY, Blackburn Radio Inc., SFAFT, their agents, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents and their respective advertising and promotional agencies (collectively "Releasees"), from any and all liability arising in connection with this Contest, including without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance of the Prize (s) as awarded and confirming compliance with Contest rules.
  6. All qualifiers information shall become the property of 94.3 CKSY and Blackburn Radio Inc. Releasees assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure or technical malfunction of the telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, poor reception, technical problems, failure of any qualifier submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause made during the Contest Period. Qualifiers are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if there is any falsification in any way. All entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules, which are final.
  7. By entering the Contest, each entrant, and particularly the prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by 94.3 CKSY, Blackburn Radio Inc., SFAFT and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, without any payment or compensation. Prize winner agrees to sign a waiver and release to this effect and further agrees that his / her audio reaction may be used for on-air promotional purposes.
  8. 94.3 CKSY and Blackburn Radio Inc. reserve the right to terminate or withdraw this Contest at any time, without prior notice. Releasees are not responsible for any damage, loss, inconvenience or injury suffered by the participant or prize winners due to any changes, substitution, rescheduling, or for any reason whatsoever.
  9. Except as otherwise stated, information collected (e.g.: email address, name, city, office telephone number, home telephone number) in conjunction with this Contest will be used exclusively for the purpose of choosing the prizewinners. No correspondence will take place between 94.3 CKSY and / or its agencies or sponsors and Contest entrants except as it may in any way relate to the Contest.
  1.  We will be taking qualifiers for the grand prize for a total of a one week period…who will be put into a random draw for the grand prize.

This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations of Canada and Ontario respectively.
