The question shouldn’t be whether local municipalities have more say in greener energy placement, since the “right” people can bully them around, but whether anyone other than engineers, environmentalists and scientists should have a say in placement of energy sources. There is no question that fossil fuels are running out, and simply relying on them until they are gone, at a never ending price increase, would be ill advised.
