Charges have been laid following a single-vehicle accident in Raleigh Township. A vehicle crashed into a ditch on Drake Road around 10:30 last night. Officers arrived to find the driver helping a passenger out of the wreck. No one was hurt. A 41-year old Tilbury man (David Letourneau) has been charged with impaired driving and having more than the legal limit of alcohol.
