A disgraced Chatham doctor will be in front of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario this morning to officially be reprimanded. Last fall, Doctor Ian DePass was found to have committed an act of professional misconduct– and was later deemed incompetent. DePass also had limitations placed upon his practice, including only being an assistant in surgery. He’s also barred from providing pre-and-post operative care and offering care in an office setting.
